Terms of Service

• I own the artwork and can upload it to Instagram or any other sites. If real life people are illustrated you may request it to not be reposted.

• You may NOT resell my artwork, use it commercially, or for promotion of a comercial product.

• You may NOT remove my signature or watermark from commissions or In-Progres screenshots.

• You may NOT claim my artwork as your own, or trace my work.

THINGS I WILL NOT ILLUSTRATE:

• I will NOT draw NSFW illustrations.

• I will NOT draw fan-art of copyrighted characters to be used commercially, therefore fanart commissions can only be used for the client's personal purposes.

• I will NOT draw in another artist's art style.

• If you have other questions about what I won't illustrate, please contact me through email. 

PROCESS:

• Commissions are first come first serve. If you need a commission done by a deadline please let me know in the form and I'll let you know if I can get it done in time.

• Once I approve your commission request, I will send you a PayPal invoice to your email. I will only begin your commission after the full payment is received.

• Digital Commissions will NOT be sent as a layered .PSD file. They will be sent as a .PNG file.

• I will send you an In-Progress screenshot of your commission to your email in case you want me to change/fix anything. In-Progress screenshots will be sent during the sketch, line art, and flat coloring. In-Progress screenshots will be watermarked. 

• You may request at anytime to view the progress of your commission.

• Once the sketch is to your liking, I will finish the commission and send you the finished product. You may request a change to the finished product within 24 hours of it being sent.

PAYMENT:

• Before payment is sent, you must wait for me to:

-Review your application.

-Discuss the commission with you.

-Agree on any exceptions to the Terms of Service.

- Establish possible conditions and a start time.

• You must pay in full before your commission is started.

• Payments are taken through Paypal in USD.

REFUND POLICY:

• There are NO refunds after I start working on your commission. If you think there is a possibility you need that money for another reason, please do not commission me.

• There are NO refunds after I finish your commission. After I finish your commission, there is a 24 hour deadline to fix your request. After this deadline had passed the commission is complete.

• Should there be any reason I can not complete a commission, I will offer you what was created and only charge you what it would amount to. Any difference in price will be refunded.
